1.Accepting these terms
By using MSM Unify you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date above says when they were last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
2.What this site is
MSM Unify is an information service. We collect and publish facts about colleges, courses, entrance exams and admissions so that students can compare them.
We are not a college, we do not conduct any entrance examination, and we do not grant admission to any institution. Nothing on this site is an offer of a seat.
3.Accuracy of the information
Figures published here are sourced from the institutions that publish them, from conducting bodies, and from official ranking frameworks. We take care to reproduce them faithfully.
They can still go out of date, and an institution can change a fee or a deadline without telling us. Before you act on anything — paying a fee, sitting an exam, submitting a form — check it against the institution's own website. We are not liable for a decision taken on information that has since changed.
4.Your account
Some features ask you to sign in. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping the phone number and email on it current.
We may suspend an account that is used to post abusive content, to impersonate somebody, or to scrape the site automatically.
5.Reviews and content you post
A review must be your own honest experience of a college. Do not post anything false, defamatory, or written on behalf of an institution.
You keep ownership of what you write, and you give us permission to publish it on this site and to show extracts of it elsewhere on the site. We may remove a review that breaks these rules.
6.Using our content
The pages, layout, text and data compilations on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read them, print them and share links to them.
You may not copy the site's content in bulk, republish it as your own, or use automated tools to extract it without our written permission.
7.Links to other sites
We link to college websites, conducting bodies and other third parties. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or for what happens when you use them.
8.Limitation of liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it — including a missed deadline, a rejected application, or a decision that did not work out.
9.Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and the courts at the seat of our Indian operations have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
